Directions for Use:
Take daily with or without food.
Ages 4 – 9: one gummy daily
Ages 10+: one to four gummies daily*
Avoid exceeding the recommended dose by age; a laxative effect may result from excessive intake. *Start at the lower end of the dose by age. Avoid taking the full daily dose at one time; space intake throughout the day.
Not recommended for children under 4 years of age due to the risk of choking.
Some users experience a laxative effect, which is a natural side-effect of taking too much magnesium at any one time. Space your intake throughout the day for best results. Note that comfortably loose stools are an indication that you are taking the right amount.
